Sorry to disappoint, EarthMums, but I'm not talking about our Nic. Hahaha. I'm talking about French president Nicolas Sarkozy, who announced yesterday that his government will mobilise 400 million euros of public money exclusively for research and development on non-carbon vehicles. The money will be made available over the next four years.

I'm just hoping they'll make a plug-in electric car that is cheap to buy AND asthetically pleasing and make it available here, so that I can buy one and realise my dream of cheap, carbon-free transportation. One day now ...
